Training Visual Facilitation for Groups
Visual Facilitation for Groups is for anyone who wants to collaborate visually and/or creatively and wants to gain insight into how to guide a visual process. Whether you want to organise workshops, work differently with your team or simply learn more about facilitating (inter)active and visual meetings; Here you will learn what this entails, tips and tricks, get inspiration for visually driven programmes and learn what to look out for in the dynamics of a visual session. This training is part of the Visual Co-Creator training path, but can also be followed separately.
To follow the Visual facilitation for groups training, the basic training is Business Drawing 1 en 2 recommended, but not required.
What do you develop during this training?
You will learn what to pay attention to when you are going to facilitate a (visual) workshop.
You become aware of what it is like to stand in front of a group, to receive it and to guide it.
You have the knowledge and skills to set up and prepare a (visual) workshop or meeting.
You will practice making a visual program and making a number of useful templates.
“Dare to facilitate visually!”
This training lasts 4 hours. The following topics are covered during the training:
- Introduction
- Icebreakers & energizers
- Dealing with the dynamics: how do you create the right setting, how do you create flow, what exercises can you apply?
- Visual programs and teaching methods
- Apply what you have learned to a quick case
- Tips for further applications
- Including a homework challenge before the training!
The training is standard given in the inspiring location of Buro BRAND in The Hague, but can also be organized on location (near or in your company).
The training takes place from 4 people. The costs are 395 Euro ex VAT per person, including materials.
