In the Visual Minute taking training you make your first steps as a visual note-taker! You already have a well-stocked icon library, but how do you choose the right composition? How do you organize your magazine and how do you ensure consistency in the visual? At the same time, taking (visual) minutes is also very good listening; do you literally draw (and write!) what is being said or do you interpret the information and make your own translation?
During this one-day training you will get tools to take visual minutes, practice making visual minutes yourself and gain confidence in taking visual notes on the spot.
This is an in-depth look at the training Business Drawing 1. For following the Business Drawing on your Tablet training the basic Business Drawing 1 training is recommended.
What do you develop during this training?
You will receive tips and tools to be able to take visual minutes.
You will learn to develop your own typography plan.
You will practice with a number of cases to gain experience and confidence.
You get an in-depth look at hierarchy, structuring techniques and layout.

This training lasts one day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The following topics are covered during the training:

- Warm drawing
- Theory, tips and tricks
- Listening – interpreting – visualizing
- Words versus drawings
- Your visual minutes
- Gallery walk & closing
The training is standard given in the inspiring location of Buro BRAND in The Hague, but can also be organized on location (near or in your company).
The training takes place from 4 people. The costs are EUR 625 ex VAT p.p., including materials.
